How can I keep in touch and find out the latest news?

What are the show dates and opening times?

Wednesday 21 May, 9am - 6pm (Registration opens 8.30am)
Thursday 22 May, 9am - 6pm (Registration opens 8.30am)

Please note our entrance foyer doors will open at 8.30am each day for registration to the main business event, allowing visitors to be scanned in and pick up their lanyards before the programme begins.

What time should I arrive?

We would recommend arriving just before doors open to process your registration and pick up your lanyard and pass at 8.30am on both show days:

Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 May

Is there parking at the venue?

Where possible we would recommend taking public transport to the venue but the Business Design Centre does have a dedicated 250 space car park onsite that can be pre booked. Full details can be found on their website.

I'm a fan of podcasts. Will the day time event have live podcast entertainment?

Everyone is welcome at The Podcast Show. The day time event at the Business Design Centre is focused on podcast professionals and enthusiasts alike who want to have a deeper dive into podcasting and perhaps develop a career in the podcasting community.

Are there any age restrictions to attend The Podcast Show?

All delegates must be 16 years or over. All persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a ticket holder 18 years or over. A maximum of 4 persons under 18 years old per person aged 18 or over will be allowed entry. 

Will there be a Show App?

Absolutely. The Official Show App will go live in May and will be your one stop guide to the whole show, with all content, timetables and show information featured. The app is free to download by anyone but has exclusive functionality for delegate pass holders only, like our Delegate Matchmaking & Networking suite.

Can I bring a bag to the event?

Yes, you can bring a bag to this event and the Business Design Centre has a cloakroom available if you wish to use it. They will open 30 minutes before and close 30 mins after show hours. The cost is £2 per item. Please note there will be random bag checks.

Can I bring food and drink into the event?

No food and drink can be brought into the event. There will be a number of food outlets, bars and cafes throughout the venue. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies that you would like to discuss please email our team at Team@thepodcastshowlondon.com

Can I bring a dog to the event?

No animals are allowed at the Show, other than service animals.

Is the event cashless?

Yes, there will be no cash taken at catering outlets, bars and cloakrooms so all delegates will need to have contactless payment methods available.

Do I need to carry proof of age ID?

Please ensure you carry a valid photo ID with you that can be provided as proof of age on request. 

All outlets selling alcohol will also be carrying out a blanket ‘Challenge 25’ policy. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to stop consuming and purchasing alcohol and/or leave the event.

Please be advised that filming is taking place within this event, The Podcast Show.

By entering the Event you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be filmed, photographed and recorded at the Event.  You agree to grant to AV Media & Events Ltd (Organiser) the right to film, photograph and record you and use your likeness and voice without compensation, credit or other consideration in the production and exploitation of the Event.

If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear under these conditions, you should consider not attending.

TICKETS

Where can I buy Delegate Passes for The Podcast Show?

Delegate Passes for The Podcast Show can be purchased in advance through our registration provider LiveBuzz via the event website ticketing page. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when passes go on sale.

Does my Delegate Pass grant me entry into all the theatres, stages and exhibition areas at the show?

Yes, although all theatre and stage areas have limited seating and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. To avoid disappointment we would recommend arriving at your preferred session in good time.

Platinum Pass holders will gain fast track entry to ALL Main Theatres.

All sessions will also be recorded and the audio released as part of our new On Demand web content area. Platinum and Gold Pass holders will gain access to this as part of their ticket straight after the show. A Digital Only pass can also be purchased from May. All content will be available to everyone 60 days after the event. 

Does my Podcast Show LIVE evening ticket grant me entry into all the evening shows?

No, you must purchase a separate for each evening show. Prices and timings will be available very soon.

Does my Delegate Pass grant me entry into the The Podcast Show LIVE evening shows?

No, your Delegate Pass is for the day time business event at The Business Design Centre on the 21 or 22 May 2025. If you wish to attend one of the evening shows a separate ticket(s) must be purchased via our promotional partners. More details coming very soon.

Does the Podcast Show LIVE ticket secure me a Pass for the day time business event?

No, the tickets are for the specific evening shows you have purchased for. Each individual evening ticket is a separate event, not for the main business event at Business Design Centre. 

Why do I need to provide contact information and a profile for all Delegate Pass holders in my group?

The Podcast Show is a business event and requires each delegate to provide a unique email address and profile for their pass and lanyard. If you do not wish to register every member of your group, you can pay for the booking and then an invite to prompt your friends/colleagues to finalise their details in booking process. If you have any questions please contact our team at team@thepodcastshowlondon.com

Can I transfer my Delegate Pass to an alternative day?

No problems. We are understand that your schedule may change or that there may be specific show content exclusive to a particular day that wasn't announced when you booked.

Wherever possible and subject to availability, we are happy to transfer your ticket to the other Show day. Please note this is only available for Gold or Silver Day Pass bookings.

Transfers are not available to future shows e.g. The Podcast Show 2025

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Regrettably, all Delegate Passes are non-refundable

What are transaction fees when booking via thepodcastshowlondon.com?

The Delegate Pass price we promote is the face value. The total Pass cost is the face value plus a 4% transaction fee. A card transaction fee is applicable per booking.

Accessibility

Is The Podcast Show an accessible event?

We take the needs of delegates who are disabled or who have other access requirements very seriously and actively encourage people of all abilities to attend the Event.

The Business Design Centre is a fully accessible venue. Full details of their accessibility measures are outlined on their website businessdesigncentre.co.uk

Personal Assistant Passes

We offer an additional Personal Assistant (PA) Guest Pass for delegates with disabilities that would be unable to attend without use of a personal assistant. The following supporting evidence is required:

• Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility

• Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

• Evidence of being severely sight impaired

• CredAbility Access Card +1 category requirement

• A recognised Assistance Dog ID card

Will there be Sign Language in the theatres at The Podcast Show?

Yes, we will publish in good time ahead of the event those sessions that will be signed in British Sign Language (BSL).

Will there be Hearing Loops in the theatres at The Podcast Show?

The Amplify and Origin Theatres spaces have permanent induction loops which can be connected to for the sessions. If you require a hearing loop, please contact our team at team@thepodcastshowlondon.com
