SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS:

Tuesday 21 May 2024     08:00 - 22:00

All stand construction and dressing must be complete by 20:00 on Tuesday 21 May.
The stands will be inspected in order to be ready for show opening at 09:00 on Wednesday 22 May.

Breakdown: 

ALL EXHIBITORS:

Thursday 23 May        18:00 - 22:00 

Friday 24 May             08:00 - 12:00

Please note: 

All stands must be staffed during event opening times and break down cannot commence until all visitors have left the Venue.  

All stand fittings and exhibits must be cleared by 12:00 on Friday 24 May.

Anything left on a stand after this time will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Business Design Centre. Exhibitors will be charged directly for this service. 

Exhibitors will be allocated a loading bay time slot ahead of the show for load-in and load-out.
