How do I manage 'My Schedule' in the app?
Simply explore the 'Session Programme' timetables and tap the box of the session you would like to attend. This session will then be automatically added to your 'My Schedule'. You will then receive notifications over the Show letting you know when your scheduled sessions will begin.
I am being asked for a password in order to access the Attendee 'MeetUps' area. Why is this?
The 'MeetUps' functionality is exclusive to Podcast Show Day Pass holders. In order to access 'MeetUps' you must first purchase a Day Pass. The email address you use to book your Day Pass will enable you access.
How do I upload my profile image in the Attendee 'MeetUps' area?
To update your profile image in the app, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on 'Edit My Account'
- Tap on 'Update Delegate Photo'
- Select an image from you photo library
- Press 'Save'
- Wait 10 mins and restart the app and the updated photo will be there
I have received a 'MeetUp' request but don't wish to meet this person. How do I decline?
Within the meeting request email you received, there should be a button giving you the opportunity to decline the meeting. If you haven't received this, please contact our team at: info@thepodcastshowlondon.com
